Ich nehme drei mal täglich 1 Teelöffel, da das Öl laut meiner Heilpraktikerin gut ist zur Unterstützung bei einer Anti-Candida Diät. Sehr milder Geschmack, daher auch gut unterzumischen in pikanten Quarkspeisen. read more ...

Meine Tochter hat akute Probleme mit der Haut. Das Schwarzkümmelöl trägt zur Linderung der Beschwerden bei. Das Hautbild hat sich deutlich verbessert.
