Das "MMS-Handbuch" finde ich super. Es ist übersichtlich gestaltet und sehr informativ. Abgesehen von MMS gibt es auch Informationen zu anderen Heilmitteln wie DMSO etc..

Wenn man sich für alternative Heilmöglichkeiten interessiert ist dieses Buch ein guter Ratgeber. Da ich noch in der Experimentierphase bin kann ich noch nicht wirklich von Erfolgen berichten. Aber in diesem Buch hat es auch einige Erfahrungsberichte und im Internet gibt es ein Forum dazu.
