Die Prinzipien der Öl-Eiweiß Kost sind im vorderen Teil kurz beschrieben, wer sich genauer mit der Thematik auseinandersetzen möchte (was meiner Meinung auch wichtig ist) sollte sich weitere Literatur beschaffen. Es gibt auch im Internet gute Seiten dafür. Die Rezepte sind gut beschrieben und einfach nachzukochen. Besonders schön finde ich die praktische Spiralbindung des Buches. read more ...
